I am looking for the right person or even a single adult with a very young child to rent a room to. The room is PARTIALLY furnished, own entrance, 800 sq ft, own bathroom, laundry, balcony, kitchen area. Cat maybe but no dogs cause it would drive mine nuts.

Quiet NON SMOKING individual/couple, the entrance includes stairs and balcony over looking pool and farm animals.

Kitchen area does NOT have a stove! this is a room and not an apartment. Has microwave, toaster oven, hot plate for cooking. Also you can put a grill out on balcony.

$1000 monthly and will include your electric, heat, cable, internet, water, sewer. You would also have your own thermostat to regulate your own.
